The perfectionist in me really resists blogging spontaneously. I have this grand idea in my head that it needs to be well thought out and planned and that simply writing because the moment calls for it, isn’t the best way to do things. To go against my usual ways, I am now posting it moments before I am stepping out to have a food feast (chili fish if you are wondering). This is a breakthrough for me, not only am I able to write now to you all, I am also able to focus on stringing a sentence together while I am anticipating the upcoming meal.
Without further delay, I present to you my comedy debut, courtesy of WISE Stand Up for Mental Health. Laugh or not, one thing is clear, this is going to make a difference. The more we share, the more barriers we will destroy. This is my passion (not comedy per se, but creative ways of breaking down stigma).
While I continue the internal debate whether I am to continue comedy or simply have this as a one off epic experience, I invite you to enjoy, laugh and share! It’s great because if I do ever decide to bring out my comedic side again, there is always plenty of material.
