Stir-fry for 3-4 mins until softened and starting to brown in places. Drain the noodles and add to the pan, along with the sauce mixture and beansprouts.

Steps: Bring a skillet of water to the boil, and add the salt. Add the pasta and cook for the recommended amount of time on its packaging. Strain the pasta, keep the pasta water, and wipe the skillet dry. Use the same skillet to saute the shallots and garlic in oil. Add the crab meat and saute for about 2-3 minutes.
