Leading our Recovery… PeerZone

Last week I attended a four day training to facilitate PeerZone workshops. PeerZone is a series of three hour peer led workshops in mental health and addiction where people explore recovery and whole of life wellbeing. Mental Health Training

Tomorrow I’ll be attending a 3 day course (Remind) over the period of the next 3 Fridays at the Schizophrenia Fellowship. As it says on the website “There’s nothing more powerful than hearing about mental illness experiences from those who have lived it” As someone who has been in hospital a few times (interesting times – which I will be speaking about in my book), I believe I am qualified to speak about my experiences.
