Finding your purpose?

Movement and Motion

“Do not confuse motion and progress. A rocking horse keeps moving but does not make any progress” Now this is something I always need to be mindful of. How do you keep moving forward and not fall into the trap of keeping busy and achieving little. Funny when I’m waiting for something to heat in the microwave , I always manage to get so much done in those 2 minutes. Yet when I have hours to be productive, they fly by without a trace. Healthy Body, Healthy Mind

Inspired by my friend who is on a weight loss challenge, I walked the Bay Run last night, for this reason I usually call it the Bay Walk. It’s a good 7km walk around Canada Bay, Sydney.
